South Texas floods
Airbnb.org is working with United Way of San Antonio and Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of San Antonio to provide free emergency housing for people who have been displaced by flooding in South Texas Residents impacted by the floods can directly apply for housing if their primary home is in a mandatory evacuation zone, and we can verify your identity. You must have an Airbnb account to verify your identity, if you don’t have one you can create one here. If you have an evacuation notice or an evacuation warning, you are not currently eligible for emergency housing through Airbnb.org.
If you’d like to help provide free stays to people impacted by the floods, you can make a donation to Airbnb.org. 100% of donations go directly to emergency housing. If you’re an Airbnb host, you can sign up to offer discounted stays for impacted residents. Airbnb donates its host service fees to Airbnb.org for these stays and provides hosts with AirCover for each booking.
